We are looking for a British Country Manager to work in Madrid

Hey everyone!

Our pack is growing, and we need new friends to accompany us along the way.

We need someone to manage everything related to dog sitters, bookings and clients in U.K. ( Country Manager ).

Their main responsibilities in Gudog will be:

  • Reviewing, managing and verifying dog sitter profiles

  • Advice and attention for our users through various channels

  • Resolving clients and dog sitter’s queries

  • Managing bookings

  • Updating the blog with a variety of articles

  • Managing all social media

Prerequisites

  • English native
  • Perfect spelling
  • Dog lover and knowledge of the canine world

  • Customer service experience

  • Experience managing social media (Facebook/Twitter)

  • Loves to learn!

Given the choice…

  • Knowledge of Spanish (reading and conversation)

  • Growth Hacking (A/B Testing, SEO, Sales funnel optimisation, inbound marketing)

  • Knowledge of Data Analysis (Google Analytics, Mixpanel)
